I had a difficult seller of a multi use building in downtown, Sacramento. We had a buyer that had reached out to Jerry. He helped convince the seller to go into contract because he was confident that he could get his borrower across the finish line. He did! Jerry was a big reason why this deal got done.
I had a listing on a retail building in Sparks, NV. The seller was demanding a short escrow of no more than 60 days. That is really unworkable for an SBA loan with a buildout/TI work to be done. Jerry shifted gears to a local private lender and got the deal done on time. My Aftermath with the borrower: I was able to get an SBA 504 refinance done after the borrower got his buildout completed. This got the borrower cash back for his business and minimized his cash in the property to 10%.
